The Consolidated Programmes Implementation Unit has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the cost of Rural Resilience Project and intends to apply part of the financing to payments for contracts for goods, works and services.

The procurement program for the 2022-year period will include the following:

2)    Supervision works for 7 roads (Ceadîr Lunga, Căușeni, Cărbuna, Bogdanovca, Ciutești, Manoilești, Sărătenii Vechi)
3)    Supervision works for 5 lakes (Unguri, Andrusul de Sus, Grimancauti Gojan, Grimancauti Lesnic, Dubna)
4)    Selection of one consultant-Climate and energy proofing/certifying of design
5)    Selection of one consultant for site assessments/support to project engineer
6)    Selection of one consultant for Atlas on renewable energies for pumping
7)    Selection of one consultant for ASAP Grant for climate change resilience (Grants evaluation)
8)    Service provider for mobilization and application support for grant beneficiaries
9)    Selection of one service provider – 3 workshops on ecological restoration interventions for LPAs
10) Selection of one service provider – Strengthening capacities of silviculture CCA
11) Local visit for Project beneficiaries’ women and small producers (combined group) and Trainings for VC_PGs ***on technological aspects of VC products: class room training will be combined with field visits and Booklets on sanitary/hygiene measures on milk production and Trainings for VC_PGs on cooperation
12) i. Research on digital products and FinTech technologies opportunities – consultancies;   ii.Evaluation of all accounting information systems used by SCAs to develop a single system;  iii.Elaboration of content of 2 decision making tools /// consultancy services
13) Support to NCASCA -Marketing strategy and SCA promotion
14) Support to NCFM in implementation of 3 activities:i. Elaboration of the development strategy of the SCA sector;  ii.Elaboration of normative acts regarding the amendment of the SCA Law no. 139/2007;  iii.Development of risk-based surveillance methodology
15) Training of SCA staff in active sales
16) Support for the formation / consolidation of 5 women groups
17) Annual outcome survey for 2021
18) Grant support processing- 6 groups women
19) Grants to 80 individuals women
20) Grants for 7 PGs
21) Investment grants for on-farm resilient activities /b – Grant disbursement 200 beneficiaries
22) Selection of Procurement technical operator
23) Selection of juridical assistance

Contracts for goods, works and services will be implemented according to the principles, rules and procedures set out in the current versions of the IFAD Project Procurement Guidelines and IFAD Procurement Handbook.

Specific procurement notices for contracts to be tendered under the competitive bidding procedures will be announced as they become available on selected portals, in local newspapers, and other media outlets as appropriate.
